Pattern: “Lindal Turritella” by Ona Wöldten, size M
Yarn: Junction Fiber Mill’s Roots (“Forest Green”) and Making Tracks DK (“Seaglass”)
Method: Handknit, 5.00mm needles
Completed: September 28, 2025.
This was the official “shawl” pattern from the Green Mountain Knitters Guild, for the Vermont Sheep and Wool Festival. It was a “knit along” of sorts.
It was a very fun knit! Pretty easy to follow, once you got into the rhythm of it. I’m not one for a surfeit of stitch markers, but the main row markers on this one were pretty imperative. I used a bit more than a skein of each of the colours.
