4oz of Wild Hare Fibers Blue-Faced Leicester top, spun on my Schacht Matchless.\u00a0 Approx 249yds 3-ply and 128yds Navajo-plied.\u00a0 The straight 3-ply is a little underplied — I was testing the loop-back while plying,\u00a0 but the singles were rested, so that gave me bad guidance.\u00a0 Still working on my N-plying technique — lots of breaks.<\/p>\n

I measured the lengths by counting the number of strands in the skein and multiplying that by the length of the skein (after soaking and drying, to set it).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
