They use the same colours\/yarns, but are flat, in turned twill. They are a second series of turned twill dishtowels to (loosely) follow on from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.knitbot.org\/gallery\/2024\/04\/07\/turned-twill-dishtowels-2024\/\">the ones I finished in 2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These were woven on my 12 shaft Louet Spring II.  A key difference in the patterning is that it meant I could keep the weft stripes from interfering with the warp accent stripes (because more shafts and more treadles for tie up).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dimensions on the loom:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>21.5&#8243; wide by 41\u201d (38\u201d plus 2&#215;1.5\u201d hem; the numbers shown below are for the whole towel and hem together))<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dimensions after weaving:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First towel (cyan weft, trompe
