I got the weaving off the loom in August of 2021, but I only got them wet-finished and hemmed in early 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project was aimed to play with a separating draft.  That is, the warp and weft were adequately separate that I wasn&#8217;t working with blending colours.  Apart from not needing to worry about how colours would mix, it meant that the front and the backs of the towels were completely different (warp-faced on one side, weft-faced on the other).  It permitted some pretty wild use of colours \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
